6. Feed Availability and Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date feeds. However, feeds may be delayed, incomplete, or removed without notice. We are not liable for inaccuracies, omissions, or interruptions in feed delivery.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your RSS feed access at any time for violations of these Terms or legal reasons, without prior notice.

8. Advertising in Feeds

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Albatimes, Quantisnet Ltd, and their affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of RSS feeds or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
